Mark Kennedy. Mark Kennedy is the founder of The Kites. Not only a master keyboardist and singer of the notes only dreamed of by mortals, Mark also produced for the ABC, including the legendary Roy & HG – for 30 years! (So you can’t tell him any jokes) He is however the quiet force on stage behind the Kites . . .

Guy Saminaden. The heart and soul of the Kites. Guy was a member of iconic Sydney nightclub funksters “Torrid Zone” – resident band at The Hilton hotel, Sydney. He is the bass player bands love to have, with a huge groove, a wonderful voice, great sense of humour – and he’s a top recording engineer to boot. Guy has played with Greg Walker (Santana), jammed with Sergio Mendes, Osibisa & The Commodores.
Paul Kneipp. One of Australia’s best known drummers. Paul has shared the stage with talent as diverse as: Leon Berger, Marcia Hines, America, Seals & Crofts and even Jaco Pastorius.
